Although the food was above average especially the spicy korean burger - good stuff, the experience was below average. My meal was way late maybe 10-15 mins more late than my friends and then the staff came out and said we can't make your order and can offer a substandard solution. Which I can kind of understand, but please tell me ahead not 15 mins late. That's not fair to me - the paying customer. Also, if such a mess up happens and no one tells me ahead to wait, at the very least offer me a refill of coke or an ice cream or something small as compensation. I am very disappointed. I am soured on all burger kings in India now, and likely won't be coming back. Maybe burger kings in other countries will be better eh. One of my worst experience in term of service. Waited more than half an hour just for one meal and staff is also not friendly and cooprative and just ignoring when i asked for time Service: Takeaway Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
