I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I received from your Janakpuri outlet. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expect from Burger King. • The burger delivered had a burnt patty and lacked the proper amount of dressing. • One of the items I ordered, a hash brown, was completely missing from the delivery. • Overall, the food quality and presentation were very poor, leaving me with a highly unsatisfactory experience.
