I am extremely disappointed and upset with my recent visit to Burger King. My father ordered 2 veg burgers, but to our shock and dismay, we were served chicken burgers and chicken tacos. What's even more concerning is that my father specifically asked the staff if the burgers were vegetarian, and they assured us they were. As members of the Jain community, we strictly follow a vegetarian diet and would never consume non-vegetarian food. The staff's careless mistake and lack of attention to detail have caused us significant distress and discomfort. I urge Burger King to take immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure that their staff is properly trained to handle customer orders and dietary preferences with sensitivity and accuracy. I ordered(order ID - YSHY5TK6G8) two Jr veg whopper regular meals and both burgers were completely missing. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to basic order accuracy.
