Review: Had a really disappointing experience at Burger King, Borivali West Metro Station. The upper floor AC wasn’t working, and we were given multiple excuses—first, that it would start after 12 PM, then that cleaning was going on, and finally, that it was broken. We’ve been sitting here for 3 hours, and the cleanup is still not done. The staff is completely unorganized—one told us to sit downstairs, another said the AC was under maintenance, and yet another claimed it wasn’t working at all. On top of that, since we were sitting upstairs, our order was delayed, and my fries weren’t even hot when they arrived. We ordered food worth ₹340+, yet the experience was far from satisfactory. This is the third time I’ve faced the same issue at this outlet. The upstairs tables were also dirty. If they can’t even provide a place where customers can sit comfortably, that’s just bad service. I wouldn’t recommend this outlet to family or friends. Definitely not worth the visit! Here's your updated review: 1/5 I recently visited Burger King, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in helping customers, barely acknowledged my order, and had a terrible attitude when I asked a simple question. On top of that, the AC was not working, making the place unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The lack of basic customer service and a bad dining environment made the whole experience terrible. I expect better from a well-known brand like Burger King. Definitely not going back anytime soon.
