Very disappointed by the product which was served. Cold n old piece of chicken inside. No sauces inside. Had to call the server to take it and make it hot. Still no proper rectification. Order taking person seemed to be distracted by some other jobs. Over all very in satisfactory experience. Will not visit again and tell all my family the same. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointing Experience – Worst Burger King in Mumbai! I’ve had the chance to try Burger King in many places, including the USA and Australia (Hungry Jack’s), but this Mumbai location is by far the worst. The staff here is incredibly slow and disorganized – it took forever just to place my order, and even longer for my food to arrive. It's as if they don't even understand the concept of fast food. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, which made the whole experience even worse. Back in the US and Australia, Burger King and Hungry Jack’s have streamlined operations and a great focus on efficiency. But here in Mumbai? It’s a complete joke. The staff had no urgency, and you could tell they were just going through the motions. The concept of quick, quality fast food seems lost on them. The food itself was just as disappointing. The mutton burger was bland, poorly made, and didn’t resemble anything close to what I’ve had in other countries. It's honestly embarrassing that a global chain like Burger King operates at this level in such a vibrant city like Mumbai. If you want a real fast food experience, don’t waste your time here. This location needs serious management, staff training, and a complete overhaul. It’s honestly a disgrace compared to the standards set by Burger King worldwide. Stay away. Do yourself a favour and shut down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
