Totally not expected such service from Burger King. It was my birthday yesterday 13th June, I placed an order through the Burger King App at 8:38pm the order was received, it was preparing but it never showed ready for pickup. I connected with the chat support to get an update on my order but it couldn't resolve my concern. I called multiple times on the number provided with the order, but that didn't help either. None of my calls connected with the staff/support. After waiting for a long time to receive my order I was forced to visit the outlet at Infinity, Andheri West where the order was placed around 9;40/45. When inquired with the manager at the outlet, I was told that the order was ready, but since no one picked it up we served it to other customers. And that the app doesn't notify the status of the order if it's ready, neither does the support contact provided on the app is active or operational. The manager assured me that the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes, but I got my order at 10:35pm because my order was being prepared and alongside the staff at Burger kept picking up burgers pieces from my order and seving it to the customers at the outlet while I'm standing there to get my order. Some of my friends left because this was taking forever. Utterly indecent, insincere and disrespectful behaviour from Burger King. Poor service Burger King. Kindly get the chat support and number provided on the app operational. Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
