I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent online order experience. I placed an order at 12:45 PM, but it didn't arrive even after 2 hours. I tried contacting the delivery person multiple times, but they eventually switched off their phone. I then reached out to customer care, but unfortunately, they didn't pick up my call. As a result, I had to visit your restaurant in person to collect my order. Even then, I was made to wait an additional 20-25 minutes, and I had to remind your staff three times to hand over my order.
