The machine , you guys installed for self ordering , is misused by your own staffs ... If you place your staffs in front of the machines to help customer , you should be aware that they are not misleading the customer ... It becomes awful experience rather than helpful one ...We just entered the restaurant, a lady staff came to us for order by the machines .. We thought that she would help us in ordering and explaining the offers ...She was in a great hurry to take the orders ... She was not ready to hear our preferences and before we could select and think about the final order she placed the order ... This kind of customer dealing is not expected from a brand like burger king . Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
