Had a really frustrating experience at the Burger King drive-thru. We pulled up to place an order and waited 15 minutes, but no one was there to take it. Eventually, we had to send my brother inside just to let them know we were still waiting at the window. Not sure if they were short-staffed or just not paying attention, but this was unacceptable. To make things worse, my drink was supposed to be without ice (as clearly stated on the receipt), but it was full of ice. On top of that, the chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry, almost burnt, instead of being fresh and juicy. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expected. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
