Absolutely disgusting experience with Burger King, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. I ordered 2 Chicken Whoppers through Zomato, and to my horror, the chicken patties were completely raw uncooked in the burger. This is not just negligence — it’s a serious health hazard. Serving undercooked chicken can lead to food poisoning, salmonella, and other serious illnesses. This kind of gross irresponsibility from a global food chain is unacceptable. People trust brands like Burger King for quality and safety — this incident proves that the Kidwai Nagar outlet is not maintaining even basic hygiene and cooking standards. I have already filed a complaint with Zomato, and I am taking this matter further by reporting it to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
