Burger King has been my favorite place for nuggets since 2016. Today, my friend and I went to enjoy our favorite meal and drink. While placing our order on the screen, I had to use the restroom. To my surprise, there was only one washroom available in such a large establishment and brand. Unfortunately, a staff member entered the washroom just before I was about to go, and it took her an incredibly long time to come out. Despite my polite request to the other staff to ask her to hurry, as I am pregnant and a kidney patient, their staff member, YADE, stayed inside for 20/25 minutes. Meanwhile, our order was already prepared, and I was left waiting in discomfort. Not only me there was also a small child waiting to use the restroom, who checked twice but still couldn’t access it. Is this how you ensure the convenience of your customers? If I weren’t pregnant and dealing with a kidney condition, I would have tried to find another restroom. However, I couldn’t walk far due to the extreme pressure on my bladder. This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable for such a reputable brand. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
