Not a good experience with the staff.. I used the kiosk to order.. no one was there.. it didn't give out a receipt.. I don't know the token no. I stood there no one checked what it was for.. There was thin staff member (female) I am using it to identify as I don't know the name sorry.. I asked her she didn't respond or bother to answer me.. She asked me to wait for 2 mins I waited for 5 mins and no one handed over the order neither did notify me about my order as I didn't know my token no. When I went there to ask she didn't respond appropriately.. another lady she asked to handover she didn't do that as well it seems.. this is inappropriate and irresponsible and when something goes wrong.. teach your staff to say sorry.. they wouldn't lose anything doing that.. Learn some customer service.. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Service: 1

Worst experience. Staff were rude, careless. Almost waited for 30 mins and only partial order given. After asking repeatedly, they gave vanilla muffin instead of choco muffin without prior information. Not recommended Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 4 burgers , but received 3. i personally visited burger king many times. there is a difference between zomato order and direct take away . it's better to check twice the parcel before handling the delivery agent.
