We recently went to Uppal burger king ,hyderabad . Their service was not good We are actually from tamilnadu, We doesn't know Telugu, We were speaking in english,the one who is in order counter told us to scan qr code and pay through online We don't know the upi code my father only manages it The behavior of the boy in counter was not good,his reaction was like We don't have money. He doesn't even knew english We were completely irritated with his behaviour Advise all of your service mens/women to learn English I had seen this only in hyderabad ,in chennai it's not like that.
