Pathetic quality food, food overloaded with spice, and the so-called cool drink was nothing but coloured water with zero quality or taste. Absolutely disgusting—we had to throw it straight into the dustbin. Highly disappointing and unacceptable from Burger King.

Very rude staff. I ordered two meals with berry blast and Fanta, I completed my meal also but I didn’t get my Fanta . When we asked them Some person named Pradeepa from staff replied very rudely no refund giving you can wait for 30-40min for Fanta. Who waits 30-40 min for a premade drink Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Worst experience ever faced in burger king as I like the burgers from the bk and specially berry today I visited bk irrum manzil the food was good as always but the spirit was not available because didn't connect co2 they told me to wait for 5mins that was fine after 10mins I asked again and the reply from the captain named pratipa was like rukoo bolo this was soo impolite and as we were about to leave they were announcing our order number to take our sprite I don't know how staff can be impolite towards customers too disappointing from irrum manzil bk staff Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
