They will adjust the quality and size of items depends upon their interest and ask us to adjust for that and at late nights trebbile they make the bill first and tell us the items not available after half preparation and make us to adjust for that half prepared food Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually visit Burger King at whichever mall I go to — it’s one of my regular spots. But this visit to the Forum Mall outlet was honestly disappointing. First off, I don’t understand why people still stand in long queues to place their order when Burger King has an official app that offers rewards and plenty of discounts. I’d highly recommend ordering through the app by selecting the correct location. One of the best deals is the 2 softy cones for ₹33 — totally worth it across all outlets. Now, coming to the actual experience: The person at the order counter seriously needs training in basic customer service. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to be polite or helpful. A humble customer ahead of me asked about a softy combo, and she bluntly replied, “No, not available,” even though the softy machine was clearly working. After that customer walked away disappointed, I asked the same question — and suddenly it was available. Picture attached for proof. It’s very disappointing to see staff treating customers differently based on their appearance or the value of their order. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s bad for business. Food-wise, it was good as usual. But the coke we got had some strange black particles in it. When we brought it to their attention, the team had no proper response. Also, the cleanliness of the place was poor. Tables weren’t cleaned promptly, and even when they were, they weren’t wiped properly — just the trash thrown into the bin. This outlet seriously needs a lot of improvement — both in terms of staff training and hygiene. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

very bad experience with the delivery. it has been almost 1hr since i have ordered from the burger king app, the restaurant says that the order is ready but rider is not coming to pick up the order. i am still waiting for the order from nexus mall Kukatpally Hyderabad Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
