I had a really disappointing experience at Burger King – Nexus Mall. Even after waiting in the queue for a long time, the staff at the counter did not attend properly. Instead of serving customers in order, the cashier kept attending to people who came in between the queue, while those of us waiting patiently were ignored. On top of that, orders were not taken correctly, and we ended up waiting for almost an hour just to be served. This kind of service is very frustrating and needs serious improvement. Queue management and proper customer handling should be prioritized. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Burgers and wraps are tasty but fries are average .This burger king is located at 3rd floor of Nexus mall. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
