We have been coming to Burger King since last one year but even once we have not got air conditioner or there is a strange smell when we go inside. Today we ourselves told the staff to turn on the air conditioner and called the manager and complained. Manager Parveen of Saroj said that this is what the people have said to keep the human bond and the behavior of manager Parveen was very rude with us and seeing her behavior our respect has been greatly hurt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Crispy Veg Burger Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

The food is great but the serving is really poor. I ordered a large ice tea (take away) for myself and they handed me the ice tea in paper cup which obviously very weak and spilled as soon as I reached my car. Absolutely pathetic. I asked them twice to put it in recyclable cup as given when ordered online but stilled they packed it in paper cup. Drink and mood wasted.
