I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. I specifically asked for my order to be served at the table, and the staff agreed. However, once the food was ready, they simply left it on the counter without informing me. By the time I realized it was there, the food had become cold, and the taste was completely ruined. This level of service is not acceptable. Such negligence not only ruins the customer experience but also affects your reputation and sales. I strongly urge the management to take strict action and ensure that customers receive the service they are promised. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is great but the serving is really poor. I ordered a large ice tea (take away) for myself and they handed me the ice tea in paper cup which obviously very weak and spilled as soon as I reached my car. Absolutely pathetic. I asked them twice to put it in recyclable cup as given when ordered online but stilled they packed it in paper cup. Drink and mood wasted.
