I ordered from Burger King AD Mall, Gorakhpur, and was extremely disappointed. I paid for a Molten Cheese Lava Whopper Deluxe and an Original Whopper Veg, both advertised with fresh veggies. What I received in both was just a dry patty with a little sauce and onion — no vegetables as promised. This is completely misleading and unacceptable from a brand like Burger King. When I complained, I was offered only a coupon instead of a proper refund, which shows zero accountability for serving the wrong product. If this is how Burger King treats its customers, it’s a shame for such a reputed brand. I will be reporting this to the National Consumer Helpline if not resolved. Strongly advise others to double-check their orders from this outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
