Extremely poor experience with Burger King. The customer support is completely non-functional — only automated replies, no human help at all. When I called the store directly, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The delivery partner also showed no responsibility or willingness to assist. I had to struggle for almost an hour just to get basic support, and the entire experience was frustrating and exhausting. This shows a serious lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for customers. Definitely the worst service experience I’ve had with any food brand.
