I ordered larger meal and addon pepsi but when we received order pepsi not there when i raise complaint and call incharge he saying that right now we don't have devlivery person and then disconnect the call after after then i try to call him again he switched off number i complained multiple times no action taken by burger King Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Truly disappointed by the app and management. I tried ordering food from the app and they didn't take any action when the delivery person didn't take the order from them even after an hour. The app gives the number of the manager who will not pick up. After 10 or more calls the manager tells me that it's not in his control and the only thing he could do is cancel the order since the delivery is not possible. It's been more than 24 hours and there is no refund. I have been calling the manager since yesterday and he is not picking up the calls. Even in the app I have raised multiple tickets which shows the manager will call back within 24 hours and I haven't heard from him. If you ask me to contact you via email to customer care. I had already contacted them yesterday. But they don't even have time to reply or call to help their customers. In the past as well there 5 to 6 times I have tried emailing them and I haven't heard from them in months. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

"I visited the Burger King at (Millenium city centre) on [1/07/2025] at [12pm]. I ordered a [taco, fries ,veg burger and cold coffee meal] I had a worst experience that I never had .. I met one of the employee I didn't remember her name ... Her behaviour and tone was incredibly rude ..,, she is asking me have you done your payment .. I said yes I m done few minutes before .. then she spoke me to showing payment message but due to network issues I didn't receive any msg but already money deducted from my account and I told her mam I am done with the payment ... You can ask from your billing person who was on counter ..., but that girl continuously arguing with me .., no I haven't seen .., you have to do payment in front of me ..who the hell she was talking to me like that ..,,then I spoke to that billing person sir plz check I already paid ..once he checked he cleared yes I received the payment but that staff member (girl) continuously arguing with their colleagues also .. I haven't seen bla bla , After that scene even she is not bothered to say sorry ,.. she had no manners how to talk with the customers ... ,They seems not good enough to provide services ,I don't think I will ever visit this outlet again"and I m not going to recommend anyone to visit that place burger king ..The employee spoke to me in condescending tone..I wanted to give advice to the owner of the burger king of that place you should provide communication skills training to your employees.
