This is regarding esplanade 1 burger king unit...it's not my first time visit to bk...I spent my entire UG time eating their delicious whooper burgers. But it's so sad to say that quality quantity and services have drastically changed now..I visited the unit after really long time and order a large meal but turns out the burger is supposed to be small in the large meal and there is no option to select regular or large in it and only the beverage and fries are large which didn't look large either...I asked the service ladly that this isn't the size of a large burger...but I didn't get proper response from her...she rather heated the argument and I continuesly urgerd that am the costumer let me speak atleast take the feedback about the size and you should atleast mention the sizes I even asked her to show me this meal combo in the menu ...but they argued with me and said it is what is displayed...I was so disappointed and choose KFC rather...and I will attach the pictures the prices are exactly same but they listened to me...I was so disappointed I didn't even take the meal...later that lady called me from her personal number and asked me vaguely to come and please take your order...I said thank you I am unsatisfied and I won't take that you guys enjoy the meal...the service was in negative... absolutely rude people not ready to listen to you and lastly I would not recommend BK like I used to earlier. Thank You. I have taken the pictures of BK large meal and KFC meal together you can appreciate the size and both of it costed me 292 also KFC had beverage as well..it's not in the picture Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
