Pathetic service I ordered from bk and waited around an hour for it to be delivered. Just minutes back the delivery guy was moving away instead towards my place which made me think something's out of the ordinary and surprisingly the order tracking showed this order's been cancelled seconds later. In the recent orders section it's entirely different though, it shows delivered. It's just crazy! I've raised tickets for the same concern and God knows if I'm gonna get a response at all from BK! The store nicely said it's not their fault and that it's the delivery guy's fault. Although while I wish someone clubs the delivery guy with a rock I still expected the store to take some action and at least compensate somehow. Visit the store if u plan to have something from here, do not opt for delivery since they just define the word crap with their experience :) Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
