Very disappointing experience at Burger King. I ordered a chocolate thick shake, but after placing the order they told me that their ice cream machine was not working. Instead, they offered me a cold coffee for the same price — which tasted terrible, like flavored water with no thickness or proper taste. Really not expected from a brand like Burger King. They should inform customers before taking the order and maintain their machines properly. Food: 1

I recently visited Burger King at PMC, and the experience was excellent! The food was great, and the service made it even better. Chaithanya and Probita were very polite and attentive — they provided outstanding service and made sure everything was perfect. Really happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended!
