Terrible service experience for something which is known as QSR (quick service resturant). When I placed my order on the self ordering kiosk out of 5 installed self ordering screen only one was working.when I asked they said it’s a server issue. Then the self ordering screen also did not had card payment options. When I raised the issue to the store manger Mr. Shehzad (image attached) he denied handing over service complain book saying nothing like this exists. He shrugged his shoulder of the responsibility. Then upon me clicking picture the staff came and switched on the 4 set ordering screens so what happened to server issue now? From 3:20 to 3:40 the issue was resolved strange. Sheer negligence by the store. Shameful Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
