However, as of now, the experience is not up to the expected standard—mainly due to poor staff performance and service quality. Key Issues Noticed: Untrained or Unmotivated Staff The staff seems disinterested and unprofessional in handling orders, customer queries, and cleanliness. There's a clear need for proper training and supervision. Slow Service Despite minimal rush, the waiting time is unusually long, even for basic menu items like burgers or fries. Order Errors Wrong items being served or delivered is becoming a regular complaint among visitors. Cleanliness & Hygiene Concerns The seating area and counters are not maintained well, which reflects poorly on the brand image. What’s Still Good: The taste of food remains true to Burger King’s global standard – flame-grilled burgers are still great when served fresh.
