Food is served good here, but the problem is with the staff. They don't switch on the AC(air conditioner) where we have to sit they force us to sit where the Ac is already on. It's our choice to sit wherever we want and the fact is that when I entered It was so hot inside only 1 Ac was on out of many of it seriously? Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited the Burger King Nikol branch and had a mixed experience. The food quality was impressive, earning 4 stars from me. I ordered the Veg Whopper Jr. Medium meal with extra cheese, Peri Peri fries (M), and a large Coca-Cola. The meal was delicious, with the patty cooked to perfection. However, I'd rate the food quality 3.5 stars out of 5, as there's always room for improvement. Unfortunately, my experience with the management was less impressive, warranting only 3 stars. Here's what happened: I placed my order through the self-service screen, but the staff didn't inform me that I couldn't use my card for payment due to a technical issue. After completing the payment, I was told by the manager that I needed to make another cash payment because of a "technical error" or "payment gateway issue." I was assured that the initial payment would be refunded to my account within 3-4 working days. I was disappointed that the staff didn't communicate this issue clearly, and I had to escalate the matter to the manager. Although I didn't have to pay extra, the experience left a sour taste. The staff behavior was average, earning 3 stars out of 5. While they were polite, they seemed uninformed about the payment issue. To improve, I suggest that the Burger King Nikol branch: 1. Train staff to communicate technical issues clearly to customers. 2. Display clear signage about payment methods and any technical issues. 3. Ensure seamless payment processing to avoid inconvenience to customers. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the management's handling of the payment issue left room for improvement.
