Extremely Disappointed with the Staff Behavior at Burger King [Outlet Name, if you wish to include it] I had a frustrating experience at your outlet recently. After placing our order, we were told it would be served at the table. So we waited patiently for 5–8 minutes, only to later discover our burger was already ready at the counter. When I went to check, one of the girls at the counter casually handed over the burger as if it had just been made. Fine, I still remained calm. However, when I asked her to bring the sundae that was pending, she refused and instead told me to wait because it was “still being made” — and it took another 5 minutes while I stood there awkwardly with a burger in my hand. The delay wasn’t even the issue — the way it was communicated, with complete disinterest, was. What made it worse was when I returned to the counter later to order fries. The girl — short-heighted, currently working at this outlet in the last week of June — deliberately ignored me. Despite standing right in front of her and waving to catch her attention, she looked at the customer next to me and completely dismissed me like I was invisible. This isn’t just poor service — it’s unprofessional and borderline rude. If your staff is tired or disinterested, they shouldn’t be assigned customer-facing roles. That particular girl seemed more eager to finish her shift and run back home than actually do her job. Ignoring customers, showing zero regard for basic courtesy, and making guests feel invisible is unacceptable. Such attitude seriously damages the brand reputation. I strongly suggest retraining or even reconsidering such staff before more customers walk away disappointed. A short heightened girl who was appointed to deliver trays at the tables.
