i ordered 3 burger meals without onion and without coke ( sprite inspite of coke) as a take away but the guy named Abdul alim gave me all meals with onion and coke.. never coming here and recommend not to visit this place. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Fatal Food Poisoning Case ZOMATO(Burger Farm, Sector 31) It has been about a week but ZOMATO and BURGER FARM have not responded to any of my emails related to this life threatening incident. I'm Aakash Rajput. I ordered "Chicken Burger"(Devils Chicken Delight) and a pizza puff from Burger Farm(Sec-31) through Zomato in Gurgaon, on 20th August around 6:20 pm. I recieved the order around 7:00 pm accordingly. So I ate the burger and under 10 minutes, I felt hard itching on my body and the whole body turned red and got swollen up significantly, while my face changed drastically as well. I went to MEDANTA HOSPITAL(Sector 38, Gurgaon) and got unconscious for around 2-3 minutes in the hospital's Emergency ward and also lost my breath for 2 minutes approximately(everything mentioned in the hospital's report). It turned out be Anaphylaxis, fatal and rare condition of food poisoning which could take anyone's life. It is an extremely serious situation. Not only considering the amount I had to spent in the hospital (8469 INR), but also the fact that I could have lost my life due to the carelessness of what you guys and your outlets are upto. I came to proper consciousness today after all the injections and drips my body had to go through because of your sheer unprofessionalism. The fact that I am surely not the only one who might have faced this, but there would or might be some other person in the past/future, It's my responsibility to go to consumer forum and food safety and standards authority of India (FSSAI), FBO, and other responsible authorities as well. This is to convey everything that I've had to face because of the incompetent management, and carelessness from your end and ofcourse the outlets you've partnered with, it's ofcourse so easy for you to say that we'd take care of it in the future, but it can ruin someone's family and existence. ALL THE PROOFS ARE ATTACHED IN THE EMAIL, AND I HAVE ALL THE WITNESSES. This should be taken care of and I should be contacted ASAP if you don't want this matter to escalate.
