The food was the best part of the experience. I tried their Korean BBQ chicken wings and they were the best I have had in Pune. They were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I also tried the Jamaican chicken burger. It is a great option for people who do not like chicken patties but prefer chicken pieces inside the burger. It was juicy and very tasty. I also had the mango cheesecake shake, which was delicious. For a small dessert their custard was also great. The place is cozy and quiet, which makes it perfect for couples or even a relaxed dinner with friends. Overall, it was a great experience with good ambiance and tasty food. I will visit again to try their pork burgers. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy dinner spot in Pune. I used to LOVE this place since 2023. I might have recommended it to countless people. However recently I've had 3 horrible experiences of delivery with the burgers being old, burnt, tasteless, soggy. Yesterday, we spent 800rs on burned stale food. Absolutely unacceptable. Even the sauce with it has been clumpy and horrible smelling. We had to remove the outer burned layer off both the burgers to make it slightly edible. Not to mention our stomach is upset. I was very sad to "unfavourite" this place because I've liked it for a long time. But they just sloppy and inefficient now. Burger craft is now on my 'used to be great but now it's shit' list.
