I used to LOVE this place since 2023. I might have recommended it to countless people. However recently I've had 3 horrible experiences of delivery with the burgers being old, burnt, tasteless, soggy. Yesterday, we spent 800rs on burned stale food. Absolutely unacceptable. Even the sauce with it has been clumpy and horrible smelling. We had to remove the outer burned layer off both the burgers to make it slightly edible. Not to mention our stomach is upset. I was very sad to "unfavourite" this place because I've liked it for a long time. But they just sloppy and inefficient now. Burger craft is now on my 'used to be great but now it's shit' list. Food: 1
