First of all, I am a regular customer of this outlet. Today, I visited the Burger Craft at around 9:30 PM and placed my order at 9:35 PM. However, I didn't receive my order until around 10:20 PM. Waiting 45–50 minutes for just two burgers is simply unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that customers who placed their orders after us received their food before we did. There was no proper explanation or communication from the staff regarding the delay. The staff was also very unprofessional. They didn't attend to customers properly and kept asking people to wait or eat outside instead of allowing them to sit on the first floor. What was even more disappointing was that I noticed they allowed some customers to sit upstairs while denying us and 2–3 other customers without any valid reason. This kind of inconsistent and unfair treatment is unacceptable. The only staff member who has always provided excellent service is Akash. He is polite, respectful, and handles customers very well. Unfortunately, he wasn't there today, and the difference in service quality was clearly noticeable. I hope the owner looks into these issues and improves both the customer service.
