I recently visited Burger Craft and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the ambience was great, and the location is convenient. The buns were soft, and the staff was very welcoming, which made the atmosphere quite pleasant. However, the burgers themselves were disappointing. They weren't juicy at all—quite dry, in fact. I ordered the spiced chicken fried burger, but it wasn't spicy as expected, and the batter on the chicken was too thick, making the burger even drier. There also wasn’t enough sauce, mayo, or veggies to balance the texture, leaving the burger feeling very average. Additionally, it would be nice if the staff brought out the drinks and food orders together or at least asked customers for their preference.
