Tried the Bombay Special Biryani at Buraq Restaurant & Cafe, and I must say—it definitely lives up to its name! The aroma hit me as soon as the plate arrived. Rich, flavorful rice layered with tender, well-marinated meat and a perfect blend of spices. The portion size was generous, and the biryani had that signature Bombay flair—slightly spicy, slightly tangy, and full of character. What I appreciated the most was the balance of flavors—nothing overpowering, just perfectly blended. The (Kachumber) served alongside complemented the dish really well. If you're a biryani lover or just curious to try a taste of Mumbai in Lucknow, this one's worth a shot. Highly recommended!
