I ordered through Zomato I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the service tonight. I received a completely wrong order, not even close to what I had placed. And to make things worse, the food that was delivered was absolutely terrible, tasteless, stale, and clearly made with zero effort or care. This is unacceptable. I paid for something specific and expected basic quality instead, I got food that was not only incorrect but also unfit to eat. This kind of negligence shows a complete lack of professionalism. It honestly felt like the restaurant just threw some leftovers into a box and shipped it out. This isn’t just a mistake, it’s pure carelessness and disrespect for customers. It ruined my dinner plans.
