Extremely disappointing experience. We had to wait for 25 minutes just for one cup of tea, and when we asked about the delay, the staff casually replied, “Dusri jagah par aur bhi log hain.” Such poor service is unacceptable and reflects a lack of customer care. Food: 1 Service: 1
