The masala bun is their best product. The remaining products and customer service are miserable especially the chocolate cheesecake and chocolate doughnut.. The attitude of some of the employees is left to god. They literally pack old stock (yesterday's cake) when the fresh batch is sitting right in front of you. Even if you request them to give us from the fresh batch, they outright lie that old batch is from morning. This has happened via Swiggy too. When I order Russian cake sometimes via Swiggy, most of the time , the cake is dry and flaky and not moist and fresh. It means they clear old stock via Swiggy orders. Disappointing experience off late with this bakery. Variar bakery in Rajajinagar is more professional. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Supriya, thanks for taking time and giving your valuable feedback. We are sorry that you had such an inconvenient experience with us. This is not the kind of customer service we wish our customer to experience. We will train our staff better to handle customers. Swiggy is a medium of online sale to us and not the medium to clear old stock. Most of our products are sold within 1-2 days from the production and we discard any old stock if it is dry. We will look into this medium thoroughly and ensure this experience wont be repeated.

Bun world used to be such a nostalgic place but now I had gone back to try the iconic sandwiches and there was a strand of hair in the sandwich and when we told the lady in the bill counter about it she argued and said that it was a piece of spinach when we knew that it was hair. The dint even replace it. Had to throw the whole thing away:( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
