Ordered tea without sugar but was full of sugar. Counter staff just tried to pass the blame to kitchen staff; no initiative to resolve the situation. A simple tea took more than 20 minutes! Ordered 4cups of chaai and 4 bun makkhan. Chai was tooo much of spicy (clove was too much, it was tasting bitter) in taste and bun was not grilled and also not even temp proper as per the order Food: 1 Atmosphere: 3
