Very very poor state of affairs of a Branded Hotel in a prime location. I visited this place after 4 yrs with a hope that things would have improved but things have gone from bad to worse. Hotel looked deserted with hardly any Customers. Had Dinner with my family on 9th May'25 and was totally disappointed. 1.Ordered Chicken 65 Biryani. It was a Tomato rice soaked in oil with some chicken pieces in it. Just had 2 spoons and rest was wasted. After complaining, the Manager accepted and charged me Rs.250 instead of Rs.380/- for that dish. 2.Even Cutleries were not provided to us. We had to manage with whatever was available in the dishes. 3.Plates were dirty with stain marks. 4.Waiters wore a depressed look and are not aware of their roles. Lacks proper training. My bill amount was Rs.1785/-. Owners, please visit this place once a while to taste the food and ensure systems are in place or else i am sure you might have to pull down the shutters soon. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Quality of food is secondary. First get the basics right by providing proper training and explain roles & responsibility to all your staffs, including your chef.

strawberry milkshake was filled with only half of the bottle. buhari hotel cheats in respect to the quantity of food given. pepper chicken was also less
