Buhari hotels go a long way and their legacy is intertwined with the cultural history of Madras. Being a vegetarian, I was a little sceptical if I would find any options but I was pleasantly surprised with the Egg Biryani. A heads-up though - the rice is from their non-veg Biryani. I found their Biryani quite homely and not overly spicy and oily. I particularly enjoyed the sides - onion-rich and thick Raitha and Brinjal Salan. Would recommend getting a taste of the Buhari flavours! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
