Food is amazingly good. Their add on curry for the biryani is really good. Ask for the restaurant specials and you won’t be disappointed. Polite and courteous staff in service as well as in parking. Visited Buhari Hotel at St. Thomas Mount and had a mixed experience. The parking space is huge, which is a big plus. However, if you're coming from Porur, you need to take a diversion near the hotel due to ongoing metro work. This diversion significantly increased our travel time. After finally reaching the hotel, we were pleased with the ample parking space. We ordered egg & prawn biryani and experienced a long wait for the food to arrive. The delay was so long that we started feeling sleepy before the food finally came. However, the moment the food arrived, the taste made all the earlier inconvenience disappear. The biryani was pricy but absolutely delicious, with a quantity more than sufficient for a normal eater. **Please be prepared for a wait once you place your order.
