Hotel rooms are good & Food quality is also good. But hotel staff & owner do not know, how to behave with guess & Driver. They think driver is not human so they deal like as animal. Boycott these type of hotels.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel does not have single rooms for solo travelers — they only offer triple-bed rooms even if you’re just one person. When I politely asked about this at the reception, the reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said things like “Don’t book here, we don’t want your booking” and even told me to “ask your company to cancel it” — despite our company having an official MEP tie-up with the hotel. This kind of behavior and disrespectful attitude towards guests is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic courtesy or professionalism.
