Dear Ms Arfa. First time we hearing of the freshness of chicken n the buns used to make the burgers. We deeply regret for the worst experience you had with us on this. We believe in managing our quality versus pricing for our customers n the services those we give to our customers. Hence, this isn’t fair on our part to use your money as a part of this service of business : we decided to refund 100% cash, back to the same mode of payment through Phone Pe. And the amount was 290/- and the entire amount is now refunded. We appreciate the time taken from your side to review us and share your honest feedback.
