Hello, I am writing to share my recent experience with your Bubble Cake shop in Barnala. I ordered a cake for my anniversary, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the staff member who handed me the cake told me one price, but I was charged a higher amount at billing. Later I was told that the price was placed in the wrong section. This kind of pricing confusion is not acceptable for customers. Secondly, the cake was specifically ordered for an anniversary, but it was given to me with a “Happy Birthday” tag. This is a very basic detail and should have been checked before handing over the order. Most importantly, when I tried to call the shop to explain the issue, my call was disconnected twice, and the staff showed no willingness to acknowledge the mistake. The attitude I received was very unprofessional and disappointing. This was my first order from your shop and it was for a very special occasion, so this experience was particularly upsetting. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving order accuracy, customer communication, and service behaviour in the future. Thank you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
