Extremely disappointed with Bubble Cakkery. I placed an order for a Rasmalai cake via Swiggy as a surprise for my parents. The order was successfully placed and confirmed. At the last moment, they informed me that the cake wasn’t available and they couldn’t even prepare a new one. No refund was issued and no proper explanation or apology was given. This ruined a special moment I planned. Totally unprofessional and careless behavior. I will never order from Bubble Cakery again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service.
