Allow me to clarify, sir. The shift to online order taking enables our customers to place an order in advance, through our QR code or link from Instagram bio, from their home, which enables us to serve you faster. It saves people around 20 minutes in general. The requirement of a phone number in that process enables us to notify the customer and to secure our stock from spam/prank ordering. Even before the online ordering, we used to take orders on call, hence customers comfortably sharing their contact details. A bond of trust we've cultivated and nurtured over the years by serving transparently and honestly with our customers. We have never misused any details shared by the customer, nor will we ever, no marketing messages, no unwanted calls, we don't have time for that, we love making pizzas too much. While we understand your hesitation in sharing contact, our team can't comply with your request of taking an order without punching it in the system. We'd hate to see you go but our commitment to system and order is our backbone to quality. We hope you understand.
