Brought this for my sister from Brugge, viman nagar. And seriously shocked to see this in many chocolates. Worms in the chocolates (many of them in the bouquet).
Luckily I had a look at the chocolate before popping in my mouth. Imagine the medical cost if I had not.
The shop was closed unfortunately but spoke to a person handling the store. She shrugged the issue off by saying “we don’t make the chocolates here”. And advisor said they weren’t stored properly. I was amazed at the callousness of the staff. Only offering refund and speaking politely after we sent her pictures and live video of the worms. I’m not sure how they kept up the sale by selling such “unappetising” product. I would only like to warn people buying from them.

Amazing chocolates... ate few at shop and got a box for myself. Loved it. Try the chocolate caramel with nuts it was great. Guy at the shop was also very helpful. All in good place to have nice chocolates in pune. They have great gifting options too. One prob that i found was chocolate options are limited they can surely add few more.

I have been to Dhole Patil branch of Brugge, expecting same warmth,went to Brugge Viman Nagar & ordered Two Chocolate Truffles. The lady at the counter asked were we having here or taking away. I said having here, she wore a glove, went to fridge, took two truffles out, without wrapper or parchment paper or chocolate liner and put her hand in front of us. We were a little taken aback. This is not the first time I have asked for having here at high end bakeries/chocolatiers. The truffle was ok but however good the food is service also matters equally. Hope they take it in consideration.
