I ordered a tiramisu slice of 240 on zomato from Brubeck Bakery and I got a call shortly after, from the bakery saying that the tiramisu slice is out of stock and that we should order smth else of the same price I asked for something which was of lesser price and they disagreed due to the order being made through zomato so I agreed on another pastry of the same price and then the order arrived in a poor condition the pastry looks mashed and not upto the level and when I checked the bill that came with it on it was written tiramisu slice and also there was a customer note written SEND CUTLERY and I didn't even ask for cutlery , very poor service. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The chocolate filled donut was empty. No chocolate inside. I have ordered this before and it was never like this. Expected better from a place owned by Mr. ***** *' *****.

Worst experience. We ordered 5 kg cake for Son's birthday party .But the food colour was high ,creating stains on teeth and cheeks that too high intensity. Nobody could eat cake.
Later date we told it to management ,they were not agreeing neither they have taken issues seriously. Even manager is not picking the call. Please don't buy anything from this shop.
