Worst ever experience from zomato and brownies resturant.since i order regularly from the place it was very disappointing to see such level of response.the coffee was not packed as it is done usually plus the taste was bad.it felt like the milk used had gone bad.never going to order again fromthe resurant

If you received it spilt, we regret it and we would definitely try to make it sturdier in terms of packing. With regards to the taste, the ingridients used are fresh and procured on a daily basis. We had a birthday for a little girl . The cake totally destroyed the birthday this was the worst cake of my life . Full cake wass filled with sugar crunch the cream at the upper layer hase the look at the image . Thankyou brownies you are just old not gold . I told staff on call about cake they were giving just excuses… whole cake was melt worst cake .

This is the worst store who cheat people of their livelihood. I had ordered rs.237.50 food via zomato yesterday gor my friend mamata and the delivery partner ate it and the restaurant never took ownership of this. Order #4511457425. I requested owner to refund it but the said its not his problem.
Please don't ever do business with these thugs. They are sinners in disguise
