I recently visited Brownies and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the food was decent and tasted okay, the service really let the place down. Staff seemed inattentive and the wait time was much longer than expected, even though it wasn't too crowded. It felt like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. I hope they work on improving their service because the food has potential, but the experience left a lot to be desired.
