We usually visit Brown Bear Bakers as it is close to our workplace, but the experience has been disappointing due to the staff’s behavior. When we went around 11:30 AM and placed our order, they switched off the fans and started cleaning while we were still there. They lack basic customer service etiquette. For example, when ordering nuggets, they rudely told us to take the token and go outside. I strongly suggest that the management consider replacing the lazy staff to improve the overall experience.
