I bought a cake of 2 pounds from this bakery. The bread of the cake was very old and it was not edible. After cake cutting and distributing to guests everyone left it and I had to throw the leftover cake. I called the bakery and they did not accept the fact that the cake was old. Here is the picture of the leftover cake which I threw in the garbage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Brown Sugar in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, after a long time - almost a year. The food still impresses me, and that's why I keep coming back. However, I have some feedback regarding the service. It was notably delayed, and the table setting lacked proper crockery, such as spoons and forks. The person taking orders seemed to be handling everything alone, which might have contributed to the delay. Despite this, the food remains my favorite, and I'll continue to visit for it.
