Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Visit Dear Brown Beans Team I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your cafe. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the experience. I observed a lack of professionalism from certain staff members. Additionally, the hygiene standards, particularly with regard to glassware and cleanliness, were not up to the mark. There also appeared to be delays and confusion in fulfilling orders, which affected the overall experience. As a customer, I truly appreciate cafés that maintain good service and cleanliness. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe your café has the potential to provide a much better experience.
