I had worst experience with BROTHERS BAKERS, they don't have humanity.I reside in Gurgaon & ordered a cake asking that is this brothers baker from Haldwani, Nainital & they said yes. Taken 1400 from me in advance for the cake and at the moment I realised that this is a different Brothers Baker from Delhi.I ask them to cancel the order and give some refund at 50% . They didn't show any humanity, they denied to give a single penny and said this is a waste we will through and discard at the end of the day...thn I asked them to donate the cake in orphanage don't waste the food atleast. In my opinion if God has given you a good business & if someone by default has done wrong order you can atleast coperate with the genuine customers...sorry my relatives, friends and I will never purchase any kind of cake and bakery items from this bakery now...you have lost your valuable customers.....

I absolutely loved the cake! It looked so beautiful with its neat design and fresh toppings. The flavor was rich and delicious, not too sweet — just the way I like it. Definitely worth trying again Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The quality of bread is very bad. The bread got fungus before the date. In their defense they say that the bread is fine you can eat it. So how can I eat a moulded bread. It can cause disease also. So my request is only that increase the quality of your bread.
