Cheese cigar had a hair in the dish, hara bhara kebab not up to the mark too. Broadway has a really good quality of food why this kind of behaviour?

I have ordered kashmiri dam aloo. There are plastic threads all over the gravy and dum aloo. I dont know what these restaurants are preparing and serving.
