Terrible packaging and it was spilled all over. Looks like there was a small hole done by someone intentionally with a pin so that the soup was taken out and delivered half.

I recently visited BroMomo in Vasant Kunj, and it was a major letdown. We waited over 60 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was incomplete. I had ordered 4 pcs veg, 4 pcs steamed chicken momos, and a veg wai wai noodle, but they only served the momos. The food itself was decent, but the service was terrible. To make things worse, they served customers who came after us first, and the staff seemed clueless about our order’s status. Every time we asked for an update, they just smiled, apologized and said, “2 more minutes.” Several groups, including us, left disappointed. BroMomo really needs to work on their service.
