This was supposed to be a happy occasion for us. My daughter has asked to come here for her birthday lunch as she loves this place. But the staff were so indifferent and cold inspite of me specifically calling and asking them to help celebrate her lunch. Food might be good but service makes our visit extra special. The manager or the head watier needs to get his act up. Very poor attitude.
