Pathetic place with zero hospitality.Rekha, the so-called manager, clearly thinks she’s doing customers a favor just by existing. No guidance at the entrance, no basic courtesy, and a complete lack of professionalism. We waited over 15 minutes while she gave seats to people who came after us, then lied saying we didn't follow instructions she never gave. Arrogant, untrained, and clueless—she and her fellow manager are a disgrace to the concept of customer service. If you're expecting respect or even basic decency, avoid this place entirely.

Managed to visit this place 2 days back with my fiance since we wanted to have a good brunch..Staff was quite professional and they have a good huge sitting area with very nice ambience...food options are many so you can easily choose your favourite ones what we ordered??cream of mushroom soupwhich was served hot and topped with cream giving us a best aroma white sauce pastaagain the sause was cheesy and creamy upto the mark with lot of veggies maska pav with kheemachicken kheema served with 2 pavs which was perfectly madein desserts we tried caramel custard which was good and tiramisu pastry which we felt was not fresh and upto the mark overall the experience was decent and we would definitely recommend this place once

I visit first time goregaon British brewing company and staff is like aa family member and his asking one baet of food how is the food and service time of preparation thanks to hayyam and his team work great job
