All over good experience good quality of food but quantity is less compair to price.little bit late service. They are taking service charges are 6% on the bill.

I recently went to BBC in Vashi through the booking in Zomato. They had an in-house offer on alcohol (2+1) which they denied through the Zomato payment (which makes sense but they should've informed us before ordering). After agreeing to it, we asked them to make a separate bill for that, they denied that as well. They also denied removing the hefty service charge and claimed it to be legal and was being charged by Zomato (which was a lie, confirmed with Zomato customer care). The manager, Kiran, was extremely rude and unwelcoming throughout the payment process and he made us wait for half an hour after we asked him to remove the service charge. Overall, although the food was decent, I had a bad experience due to the behaviour of the staff and the manager.
